Process and impact

In order to help Laydevant SA prioritize the actions to be taken as part of its environmental and social transition, La Fabrique Circulaire has carried out a study of the subjects that are important to the company ("simplified materiality analysis").

  • selection of key issues (environmental, social, economic and governance)
  • identification and solicitation of internal and external stakeholders
  • prioritization exercise: internal workshops with employees and external survey of the company's key partners (suppliers, customers, etc.)
  • consolidation and analysis of results
  • co-construction of a global vision translated into concrete actions.

This analysis enabled Laydevant SA to involve its stakeholders and integrate the recommendations into its strategy.
