Process and impact

Among the circular economy opportunities identified during the diagnosis with La Fabrique Circulaire, one stood out: eco-design applied to one of the company's historic products. Aprotec and its "Green Team", the team in charge of CSR management within the company, opted for a strategic project that would unite all employees around a meaningful initiative.

The La Fabrique Circulaire team first conducted a collaborative "Circulab" workshop to highlight the circular economy principles to be integrated into the ecodesign approach.

La Fabrique Circulaire's support also included drawing up specifications, identifying potential partnerships and co-creating a roadmap to bring the project to reality.
